Orders begin processing quickly. Contact support as soon as possible if you need a change, and the team will help if fulfillment has not started.
Fulfillment
How orders are handed off after checkout.
No. Shipping and handoff are handled off-platform by Stratford Festival Shop, so checkout does not add a shipping charge.
Stratford Festival Shop coordinates fulfillment after your order is placed. Watch your email or account order details for updates.
If tracking is available for your order, it will appear on the order details page and in your order notifications.
Payment & Wallet
Paying with card, credit, or both.
credit is an internal Stratford Festival Shop balance attached to your customer account. You can spend it on shop merchandise.
Yes. Checkout applies your available wallet balance first, and you can pay any remaining amount by credit card through Stripe.
Your current balance is shown in Account Settings. Transaction history is available under your account transactions page.
Product prices are shown before tax. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on the order contents.

Sign in and open My Orders to see status and fulfillment details.
All sales are final, except for defective products. If you receive a defective item, contact support with your order number and photos of the issue.
